Red-roofed clubhouse beside a palm-lined lake

For a golf trip to Casablanca, three 18-hole courses sit around the Bouskoura forest: The Tony Jacklin Casablanca, Casa Green and PalmGolf Bouskoura. Royal Golf Anfa Mohammedia, with a 9-hole course in the city and an 18-hole seaside links at Mohammedia, is a private club that describes non-member access as strictly controlled. Benslimane (27 holes) and the Bouznika coast (Bahia Golf Beach, Bouznika Bay) round things off on the way to Rabat. Only two clubs publish a green fee: The Tony Jacklin Casablanca (420 MAD midweek, 600 MAD at weekends) and Bahia Golf Beach (950 MAD).

This guide is for planning the trip: which courses are genuinely open to visitors, what a round costs where the club says so, and how to fit three or four days of golf around a Casablanca base. Figures come from the clubs, their operators or the Royal Moroccan Golf Federation (FRMG), checked on 9 October 2026, in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) as the clubs show them.

In short: for a visiting golfer the trip is built on the Bouskoura trio, south of the city. Royal Golf Anfa Mohammedia and Benslimane are extras to confirm one by one, and the Bouznika coast links Casablanca to Rabat.

Private club or open course: what it means for visitors

Royal Golf Anfa Mohammedia (RGAM) is one club on two sites. The Anfa site is a 9-hole course in the middle of the city, which the club lists as par 70 over 5,537 m and says rewards imagination and a sharp short game rather than power. The Mohammedia site is an 18-hole par 72 nicknamed “the Scottish”, which the club calls a true links, always in the prevailing wind, with rolling fairways and small greens, running between the seafront and woodland.

Two club rules matter if you are planning a trip. Since 1 January 2024, entry to the club has depended on showing a membership card. And a notice from autumn 2025 reminds members that access for non-members is strictly controlled and charged at the rates in force for guests and visitors, without publishing those rates. On top of that, in late November 2025 the club announced works at Mohammedia: greens on holes 8, 9, 15 and 17, fairway re-turfing on 3, 5, 12 and 17, new buggy paths, sanding and micro-aeration. In practice, we only add an RGAM round to an itinerary once the club has agreed in writing for your dates.

By contrast, The Tony Jacklin Casablanca publishes a visitor price list, Casa Green offers online visitor tee times through its operator Madaëf Golfs, and Bahia Golf Beach posts its rates. Royal Golf de Benslimane is listed by the FRMG (27 holes, 30 minutes between Rabat and Casablanca) but has no official website or published rate, so we check it by phone before offering it.

Which course suits which golfer

The Tony Jacklin Casablanca: the easiest to budget

The Tony Jacklin Casablanca is an 18-hole par 72 bordered on three sides by the Bouskoura forest, with ten artificial lakes in play and a signature hole, the 6th, that the operator singles out. Jacklin, winner of the 1969 Open at Royal Lytham, needs no introduction to British and Irish golfers. It is the only Casablanca course with a visitor price list online, and the gap between midweek and weekend is real. The Prestigia Golf Academy on site makes for a proper warm-up. Best for: societies that want fixed prices and can play midweek.

Casa Green Golf Club: the modern championship test

Opened in 2013, Jeremy Pern’s Casa Green Golf Club is a par 72 of 6,533 m that the FRMG calls a real championship course, with 7 hectares of lakes and 90 bunkers. The academy has a 7-hectare practice ground and a 4-hole course, and the 2,500 m² clubhouse has changing rooms with a hammam and sauna. Best for: golfers who want a recent championship layout and a full practice set-up.

PalmGolf Bouskoura: round three

PalmGolf Bouskoura, a par 71 of 6,571 m by Nelson & Haworth with Talbot Golf Design, sits in the Bouskoura forest inside the California Golf Resort. No rate is published, so we price it on request. Best for: a third, different course without leaving the Bouskoura area.

Royal Golf Anfa: in the city, if the club agrees

Royal Golf Anfa is the only course in the city itself, a short 9-hole layout where the short game decides the card. Its private status makes it an add-on, never the backbone of a trip.

Bahia Golf Beach and Bouznika Bay: the road to Rabat

Halfway between Casablanca and Rabat according to the club, Bahia Golf Beach is a Cabell B. Robinson par 72 on the Atlantic seafront at km 44 of the coast road. Golf de Bouznika Bay, close by, adds a Robert von Hagge 9-hole par 35. It is the natural stop on a trip that starts in Casablanca and finishes in Rabat.

Worked from these grids, per player: a midweek round at The Tony Jacklin Casablanca with a caddie comes to 570 MAD (420 + 150); the same at a weekend, 750 MAD. At Bahia, 18 holes with a buggy is 950 MAD green fee plus 400 MAD for the buggy. Note that the operator’s English page labels both its midweek and weekend rows “Weekly rate”; the French page makes clear which is which. Casa Green, PalmGolf Bouskoura, Benslimane and the RGAM publish no prices, so we get them for your dates when we quote.

Play The Tony Jacklin Casablanca on a weekday: the weekend rate is 180 MAD more for 18 holes. With all three courses in the Bouskoura forest area south of the city, one base on that side keeps driving to a minimum. If the RGAM confirms a round at Mohammedia, it replaces day 4.

When to go

WMO 1991-2020 normals for the Casablanca-Anfa station give an average high of 17.6 °C in January, 20.6 °C in April and 26.7 °C in August, with January lows of 8.9 °C. Winter is the wet season, with roughly six to seven rain days a month from November to March. Spring and autumn are the sweet spot for golf, and summer stays moderate by the ocean, with an August average high of 26.7 °C.

Frequently asked questions

Four courses are in Casablanca and its immediate surroundings: The Tony Jacklin Casablanca, Casa Green Golf Club and PalmGolf Bouskoura around the Bouskoura forest, plus the 9-hole Royal Golf Anfa in the city. Mohammedia, Benslimane and Bouznika add more courses nearby.

Only on the club’s terms. It says access for non-members is strictly controlled and charged at the rates for guests and visitors, which it does not publish, and it has required a membership card at the entrance since 1 January 2024. A round has to be confirmed in writing with the club before you travel.

Among published rates, The Tony Jacklin Casablanca: 420 MAD for 18 holes midweek and 600 MAD at weekends. Bahia Golf Beach shows 950 MAD. Casa Green, PalmGolf Bouskoura, Benslimane and Royal Golf Anfa Mohammedia publish no visitor price.

The club has not announced a closure, but works announced in late November 2025 covered the greens on holes 8, 9, 15 and 17 and the fairways on holes 3, 5, 12 and 17. The course belongs to Royal Golf Anfa Mohammedia, a private club, so visitor access and course condition need checking with the club for your dates.

The FRMG places it 30 minutes away, between Rabat and Casablanca. It has 27 holes: an 18-hole par 72 by Robert Van Hagge and a 9-hole par 36 by David Cohen. No rate or official website is published.
