Golf in Essaouira: courses, access, season and stay
Our selection has a single golf club in Essaouira, Golf de Mogador (Mogador Golf Academy), at km 3 on the Agadir road, in the commune of Diabat. It brings together two courses designed by Gary Player. The North course, open to the public since 2009, is an 18-hole, par-72 layout with wide fairways and fast greens, and six tees on every hole. The South course, set in a natural pine forest, has tighter fairways and more technical approaches. A large driving range, short-game areas and an academy complete the facilities.
