Michlifen Golf & Country Club opened in late summer 2018 as the first Jack Nicklaus-signed course in North Africa. At 1,650 metres above sea level, between mountains and forests of cedar and holm oak, this 18-hole par 72 of 7,325 yards moves from open ground to rock outcrops and stretches through woodland. Holes 9 and 18 run along an escarpment facing Azrou, below the clubhouse terrace.
To work on your game, the club has a driving range and an academy with three analysis studios (putting and swing). The Michlifen hotel, a few minutes from the course, is 55 minutes from Fès-Saïss airport.
