Green Fees in Morocco: 2026 Rates, Course by Course

Golfer putting on a green, the flag a few metres away

At the clubs that show a price on their own site, a visitor’s 18-hole green fee in Morocco runs from 500 MAD (Atlas Golf, Marrakech, summer rate) to 1,350 MAD (Al Maaden, Marrakech, 2026–27 high season), with Assoufid at 1,300 MAD for 2026–27; Fairmont Royal Palm charged up to 1,400 MAD (8 a.m. to 2 p.m.) in its 2025–26 high season, which ended on 30 June 2026. Many clubs publish no price, many show one without a season or year, and fees change every season. So instead of city averages, this page lists course by course the rates shown on each club’s or operator’s own site, checked on 28 September 2026, in dirhams (MAD), with the season wherever the club gives one.

Fairmont Royal Palm warns that “all rates are subject to change with each new season”, and several clubs run their price year from 1 October to 30 September (Assoufid, PalmGolf Ourika, Golf du Soleil). A rate seen in September may not be the one you pay in October: always check the season before you travel.

Courses with no price found

For the courses below, we found no current green fee on the club’s or operator’s own site on 28 September 2026: some show none, some show only old rates, and some book only through an online engine. We do not repeat prices from resellers or directories; ask the club, or ask us.

Caddies, buggies and hire: the extras

The green fee is rarely the whole bill. What the clubs show for 18 holes (checked 28 September 2026):

Royal Golf Cabo NegroForecaddie compulsory since 28 May 2025: 200–300 MAD by number of players, cash400 MAD—

Cabo Negro says its caddie rule follows a note from the Royal Moroccan Golf Federation. Caddie fees at these clubs are paid in cash, and the dirham is a closed currency that cannot easily be exchanged outside Morocco (UK government advice), so plan to have dirhams on the day.

Handicap rules that affect the price you can book

Two Marrakech clubs publish entry conditions: Fairmont Royal Palm requires a valid golf licence and a handicap of 28 or better, and Assoufid sets a maximum handicap of 35. Outside Marrakech, Mogador Golf Academy in Essaouira takes bookings only from players with an official handicap under 36, with proof required before teeing off. Carry proof of handicap, and check the rules at other courses when you book; groups with mixed handicaps can read our golf society guide.

How to read these prices

  • “Price shown by the club” means the club’s own site shows the price without a season or year; we checked it on 28 September 2026, but confirm it before you travel.
  • Prices are in dirhams. We do not convert them: exchange rates move, and the clubs publish in MAD.
  • Check the season. Low-season rates are lower at the clubs that publish both: 595 against 850 MAD at Golf du Soleil (2025–26 sheet), 750–850 against 1,250–1,400 MAD at Fairmont (2025–26 season), 840 against 1,350 MAD at Al Maaden.
  • Check what is included. Practice balls are included at Assoufid and PalmGolf Ourika, a warm-up basket at Fairmont; caddies and buggies are priced separately in every rate table above.
  • Check closures. Fairmont Royal Palm announced a closure for seasonal maintenance from Saturday 15 August to Wednesday 30 September.

Our booking guide explains how to reserve tee times, and when to play covers the seasons. For Marrakech, our course comparison puts these fees next to holes, par and designers.
